I grow your Amazon sales with a method that has been tested

I don't run campaigns to "see what happens". I help mid-sized and large brands scale their international Amazon revenue predictably, optimising their ad spend and protecting their margin through rigorous analysis.

  • Amazon Ads only
  • 7 European markets
  • Managed directly, no teams

Far more than ads: a growth strategy
STRATEGIC APPROACH

Far more than ads: a growth strategy

My job isn't to run operations, it's to scale results. Combining years of performance marketing experience with the precision of my own technology, BidForest, I optimise every euro invested so your advertising genuinely works for your bottom line.

Fees tied to results

My fee is linked to your real growth; our success is shared.

Proprietary technology

BidForest: explicit, auditable bidding rules, with no reliance on generic automation.

INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

Turn Europe into your main market

Translating campaigns with one click is the fastest way to burn your budget. Real expansion means adapting the advertising funnel to how each country actually buys. I build profitable channels in Germany, France, Italy and the rest of Europe by taking share from local competitors.

  • Real search intent: I analyse how native shoppers search and what they value, avoiding generic translations.
  • Attacking local share: I design offensive campaigns to displace domestic competitors on price or positioning.
  • Cross-border Brand Halo: I use PPC to feed the algorithm and rank your catalogue organically in new territories.

PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY

BidForest: explicit rules that protect your margin

I don't hand my clients' budgets to standard "autopilots". I built BidForest: my own system that applies my business rules and strategy to your bulk sheets, and records in writing why it moved every single bid.

Asymmetric risk

I require more evidence to raise a bid than to lower one. When data is thin, the system protects the budget by default.

Hard caps per bid

No bid can spike on a single data point: variation limits are enforced in the algorithm itself, not in the interface.

No black boxes

Every adjustment traces back to the rule that triggered it. You can audit any decision made on your account.

Strategic Growth Cases

Stagnation on Amazon isn't a neutral state; it's a slow accumulation of lost market share. These are the results of brands that moved from operational inertia to a profitability strategy.

HAAN

HAAN (Personal Care)

The cost of inertia: The brand had spent years stagnating (2021-2025) under an ad spend model with no real return. The challenge was reversing that lost ground before it became irreversible against faster competitors.

  • All-time sales record: In December 2025, after two months of restructuring, the account posted its best month in 5 years of trading.
  • Radical ACOS optimisation: Down from 28.26% to 13.70% in peak season, protecting the operating margin previously lost to inefficiency.
  • Premium positioning: Secured the Amazon's Choice badge on 3 core listings, reducing dependence on paid traffic.

The cost of half-hearted execution: In a saturated category, inaction or a mediocre strategy means disappearing. The challenge was scaling a young brand without diluting budget into advertising "noise", prioritising organic profitability from day one.

  • Strategic expansion: Active and profitable in 7 markets, with Germany overtaking Spain as the primary market.
  • Top 100 dominance: 4 products in the category's top 100, gaining ground on competitors with far longer track records.
  • Brand Halo effect (52% organic): PPC feeds the algorithm until the catalogue sustains itself on its own ranking. In the most mature markets, over half of revenue no longer depends on ad spend.

Questions about how I work?

I'm Jordi Castells. In this industry people know me as PPC Jordi, and I prefer working one to one. You won't find a support team or trainee account managers. If we work together, you get me analysing your data and executing the strategy. Below are the questions clients usually ask before we start.

Frequently Asked Questions

Direct, honest answers to the usual questions about how I work.

I work exclusively in performance marketing (Amazon Ads) and growth consultancy. I optimise your spend, scale your campaigns and protect your margin. I'm not a full-service agency: I don't handle Seller Central tickets, I don't reply to customer reviews and I don't do basic inventory uploads. My focus is entirely analytical and strategic.

My methodology is built for mid-sized and large brands that already have traction on Amazon or a solid marketing budget to scale with. I don't work with brand-new accounts looking to "try their luck". I work with businesses ready to dominate their category.

Me, directly. I avoid the traditional agency model where an account passes through several hands before landing with a junior. When you speak to me, you're speaking to the person who knows every adjustment, every bid and every strategy on your account. No middlemen, no trainee account executives.

BidForest is not a blind "autopilot". It's bidding software I built myself that applies explicit rules to your account's bulk sheets: different evidence thresholds for raising and lowering spend, hard variation caps per bid and segmentation by campaign type. It executes bulk adjustments against your ACOS and TACOS targets, but the business direction, the aggression and the strategy are set by me.

Optimisation is a mathematical process. In the first 30 days we focus on stopping the bleeding: negating inefficient traffic and cleaning up campaigns, which usually produces a sharp ACOS drop. Structural scaling and winning market share, however, take a working cycle of three to six months.

Quite the opposite. I use PPC as an engine to feed Amazon's algorithm. By building sales history through ads, your products gain relevance and climb rankings naturally. That's the Brand Halo effect: we invest in a lead product so the rest of the catalogue gains organic traction and your account depends less on paid traffic.

Internationalisation is not a case of running a machine translator. We analyse real demand, adapt the funnel to each country's search behaviour (Germany, France, Italy and others) and attack the weaknesses of local competitors. The goal is for your international markets to end up outselling your home market.

Of course. Campaigns don't operate in a vacuum. If I spot that we're losing profitability to stockouts, weak A+ content or pricing that's poorly positioned against competitors, I'll tell you immediately. I do strategic growth consultancy because your final conversion rate directly affects how my campaigns perform.

It isn't about outbidding multinationals and destroying your margins. It's about finding inefficiencies. I use offensive ASIN targeting campaigns against competitors with worse reviews or higher prices than yours, and defensive campaigns to protect your brand and stop others taking your sales.

Because it aligns our objectives completely. A fixed monthly fee covers my consultancy time and the use of my software. The variable percentage on revenue growth stops me settling: my top priority becomes growing your business, because I only earn more if you sell more.
